In an effort to keep dental costs down while maintaining a high level of professional care, we have established the following financial plans:
  1. ​All fees are due and payable on the day of treatment.  For your convenience, we accept cash, check, major credit card and CareCredit.
  2. Extended payments are available upon special requests and arrangements should be made prior to dental service.
  3. Senior Citizens (60 years and older) who do NOT have insurance will receive a 20% discount at time of treatment.
  4. Insurance:  We accept most insurance plans.  We will file your insurance for those services covered.  Any deductibles, percentages (coinsurance), or copays are due at the time of treatment.  NOTE:  Insurance policies are contracts between you and your insurance company, not Dr. Henry and your insurance company.
  5. Accounts over 90 days are considered past due and will be considered for collection by our agency, First Federal Credit.
